Asides from about 5-10 hours of prep work in Terraria, I've done almost nothing this weekend asides from rendering out and uploading those Minecraft videos and a channel update video. I've still got a lot of Terraria to render out plus the Skyrim and FF5 stuff from last week, and I need to prep for Skyrim.
That being said, I spent 10 or so hours playing Terraria this weekend. I purposely attempted to make as few new weapons as possible so as to actually record me getting some of the other weapons available to me. The Twins are incredibly hard, as expected so I will need a completely new strategy for fighting them compared to the normal Eye of Cthulu strategy that I normally use. I've looked up a few methods to beat him, and as far as I can see there's really only 2 ways to go about doing it and one involves a lot of stuff that I don't have. The other one is kind of cheap and I'd rather not use it because it completely abuses both the cross necklace and damage from blocks such as fire blocks (hellstone and meteorite) or suffocation damage from gravity affected blocks like sand and silt. So yea if I can't get the first method to work I will go with the other method, which involves creating a much larger arena for the mobility I need to make this plan work as well as filling up my mana stars and actually making a lot of mana potions and acquiring the crystal storm spellbook. This will require a ton of money and stars, which aren't exactly easy to come by because I just blew all my money improving a bunch of weapons and equipment. So yea right now I'm putting pretty much all my time into Terraria to finish it and then I'll focus mostly on Skyrim and FF5. I'm still gonna try to record a bit of footage for each series every week but no guarantees.
