I tried uploading part 1 of the secret project I recorded Tuesday, only to realize that if I don't edit the file beforehand even if I don't change the length the size of the file is huge. It would have taken over 1000 minutes just to upload the first 8 minute long chunk. I guess that means I still have editing to do so if you're lucky parts 1-6 should start going up late tonight and should all be up by tomorrow. While I'm on this topic I had forgotten about the stuff I recorded for it on Wednesday so I have well over an hour or so of extra footage on top of that. This means I have around 11 hours of stuff to upload which is good because I'm not sure when I'll have the opportunity to record. I should have enough video stocked up to last a good 2 weeks or so in any case. I think I'll hold off on the other series I recorded Wednesday night until next weekend in any case, but that one shouldn't have the same issues this one did since the video clips for that series were too short to just upload without editing and converting the file format anyways. In any case the first 5 episodes of the series that was supposed to go up today all need to be converted to reduce their size, as well as probably 6 of the next 8 parts after the initial batch.
As far as my game plan goes I think I'll have FF4 going up on weekdays probably mixed in with some Minecraft and possibly the 4th series I recorded, while the 3rd series will be reserved exclusively to weekend slots unless I have an abundance of episodes recorded.
Moving on to anime related stuff, I have watched last weeks episodes of both One Piece and Blood C, and while One Piece started strong, I feel some of the back story for the other crew members was shaky at best. In particular, Usopp and Franky's stories seemed to be the weakest of the bunch. It's definitely nowhere near the level of the previous episode, which was very emotional in comparison, though it came close at the start. As for Blood C it's not that great and seems pretty shallow so far as far as plot goes, but I'll give it some more time since only 2 episodes are subbed as of now. Episode 2 was pretty abysmal though but I'll just go with it for now.
