All video projects are being slowed

Due to the fact that I only have 65GB of data to work with before I start getting charged extra for my internet connection (45GB of which has been used up in the last 12-15 days), I will be slowing down my uploading speed drastically, meaning that at the most I will be uploading 2 videos a day from now on since apparently this 65GB covers both uploads and downloads, and not just downloads as I had originally thought. There's not much I can do about this, so please bear with it for now.
